Default V-AFC wiring q

Ok just got my V-AFC yesterday and getting ready for the install. Was wondering about 1 thing. The wiring instructions came from Mechanic_B Garage and for the Pressure signal yellow it says cut and connect to C11 on the ECU side and the other pressure signal White on the Engine side. Does this mean cut C11 in half and leave it open, connected thru the AFC?

The "pressure" signal is your MAP signal wire. You will cut this wire and connect the white and yellow of the V-afc in line. The yellow wire of the V-afc will go to the end towards the ECU. The white wire of the V-afc will go to the end away from the ECU.

Be sure to cut the MAP wire far enough away from the ECU so that it is easier to work with. Make your connections solid.

What ECU are you running? A PM6 with the V-afc?
