B16 Supertech Valvetrain - Use stock seats?

B16 Supertech Valvetrain - Use stock seats?
I picked up Supertech dual valvesprings, retainers and valves. I guess didnt realize a retainer set is not the bottom seat. Are you supposed to use the stock seats then? Or is that what people typically are doing?
