ARC Intake Box is probably the best sounding and best looking intake for a Honda S2000. Brand new, this intake (induction chamber) sells for well over $500, but asking much less. See pictures. Intake is currently installed on my 2007 S2000, but will remove soon or once sold. I do not know if this intake will fit earlier model years (AP1) but I believe it will. Buyer will have to research this on their own.
