A B18 what? Do you have any more history on the car whatsoever? Pics of the "blown" ECU would be helpful.

You don't know what engine is in the car? I predict you will discover many more problems.
A solid CEL. This could be indicative of a faulty ECU.

ECU pic is too blurry. Is there a sticker of some sort on the side of the ECU? Somebody better than me can probably identify this engine unless you can read the stamp on the block.

Swap in a known good ECU. But before you do, make sure none of the sensor connectors are swapped. Otherwise, you may blow another ECU.

Intake air temp and idle air control valve plugs have been plugged in wrong. This is what blows that transistor on the ECU. You need to check your wiring to those two things and correct the problem, then replace the ECU. Also, more than likely the intake air temp sensor is fried so you need to replace that as well.

OBD2 ECUs have the same transistor as the part that blows when those plugs are switched. If you can't solder, someone else would be able to fix it.

Make sure the wire colors in sensor connectors match with the sensor.

The TPS and MAP have three wires each.

Check the link I posted to determine where those plugs belong.
