Default b series swap in a eg. rear mount problems.

so i'm trying to mount up my rear bracket, the bolt that goes to the mount is in and the center 19mm bolt is in. but the bottom and the top dont line up at all. its out of a ls integra is there any reason why its would be lining up?

As long as it's out of a '94 - '01 5 speed Integra it should work fine.
