Default SO F'ing frustrated! simple radiator swap help

okay I have a 1988 crx si and the stock radiator took a **** on me and it's currently 100+ degrees here in ohio.

All I want is an aftermarket dual core all aluminum radiator that is an EXACT OEM FITMENT
not one that kinda sorta fits if you change this around or change that................no I want an IDENTICAL exact perfect oem fitment as if it was a factory part, also allowing both of the stock oem cooling fans to bolt right up without any clearence or alignment issues.

Does such a radiator exist.....its really not that hard to do.

Price does not matter............Perfect fitment does!

I put a CSF Radiator [/URL]in my 90 Civic Hatch without a hitch. Used all original parts that came with car other than upper radiator hose.

DA dual core radiator...granted it's for a B series, so i dunno how it'll work with a D series if that's what you have
but goes in stock location and uses stock radiator stays

$300? That's nuts. You should be able to pick up a new fullsize aftermarket for about $100 - 120 bux. And it should fit. Mine did, and I paid $100 for it.

guys thanks alot for the poistive input. I really appreciate the help an not just being told that Im a newb an to **** off.

I called cx-racing headquaters today in cali and asked them about there fitment guarantee and they said they had no guarantee because there radiators are for "racing purposes only" and that some slight modification is to be expected

I will be calling misumoto tomorrow to ask them about there radiator fitment.

Most of these dual core all aluminum radiators are thicker correct? Thats how they cool the car better by being thicker an having more surface area to dissipate the heat better........Right? But if they are thicker an hold more coolant then what about my stock oem cooling fans interfering with my a/c lines and exhaust header. I mean there's not much space in between the cooling fans and header to begin with.

Thats why you should get a full size rad, like one from a dx with a/c. Holds more coolant and more surface area to keep the temps down. I run one in mine and my car NEVER goes above the half way mark in 30c+ weather.
