steering issue
I had an issue with my engine mounts in my 2004 Honda Pilot and after a year of the symptoms, which were very minor (shook a little at 55+ mph, could feel the engine move around a little when pushing the gas), I decided to finally get them replaced. I also had the transmission and differential fluid changed at the same time. When I drove away from the shop I noticed the steering is a little tighter... and after driving for a little while, I noticed the steering makes a sort of clicking sound when I turn the wheel. You can feel it in the wheel, but barely hear it. When I turn the wheel very slow, it seems fine though.
I was wondering if maybe the shop messed something up while changing the engine mounts because the steering was perfect before I took it in to have the work done. Could the bad mounts have disguised an issue with the steering that wouldn't show itself until the engine was more stable under the hood? I don't know if I should take it back there or somewhere else to figure out what is going on.

It's ok to go back and let them know what you experience after the work. A lot of time, it was there before but never really paid attention to it until you got new parts. At what psi do you usually set your tire pressure at? like DChan said, tire pressure could affect your steering effort. Or maybe your power steering pump is slowly due. I hope not but it's not rare. I've changed a lot of 2004 pilot p/s pumps.
I would take it back when you have time and let them know what you experience after motor mount has been replaced
