PW:JDM JDM Spec Fenders... Any vendor?

PW:JDM JDM Spec Fenders... Any vendor?
Hi, I'm looking for a vendor/seller who sells PW:JDM JDM Spec Fenders for 96-98 EK Hatch...
I'm from Puerto Rico so here are some issues:
-PW:JDM.com = doesn't have PR as shipping option... (sent emial couple days ago, still waiting)
-Weaksause = Doesn't have the EK fenders listed for sale... (sent emial couple days ago, still waiting)
-Some other pages but they don't seem to trust worthy.
I need them new, and I need a sale receipt when I buy them because I have to "re-label" the fenders for the car VIN# (legal issues here in PR w/ evert car that has label codes on body parts)
So, Is there a PW:JDM vendor here?
