Default Critique my welds

In welding 16 gauge metal... I can't seem to find the consitency when welding round tubing since I have to stop constantly to weld another section of Thr tube ... Please critique too welder is a Lincoln 3200hd 115 volt .. Settings were (d) highest setting and 3.25 wire speed out of 10... I seem to like welding with a bit slower wire speed... Gas is As 17 and I preheat usually all my piece... In straight joint welds I'm fine, but with round I'm all out of whack any tips would help thanks
