hey for the foglights do you have to cut part of the bumper plastic ?

 

yes the instructions say that you do..... however I have seen some cars that had them installed and when removed it seemed like nothing was missing. Maybe someone who has em can chime in? I believe its only the area that's originally black from factory though not the painted part of the bumper.
