Default B16a2 acceleration problem - runs like a dog after it warms up

what's up, i have a b16a2, itr cams, h-i-e, underdrive pulley, no p.s, well here my delimma, the cars runs good when cold, when it warms up, its runs like a dog, now ive done research and seen what people had to say, no codes, i cleaned tb, ivac, but if my car is leaking coolant....what other signs could i look for for a blown head gasket, for some reason i think it might be the culprit, no white smoke, doesnt over heat...could it be a head gasket

Does unplugging the O2 sensor make the problem go away?
