My friend has a 99 accord and when u turn the a/c on it will either shut off soon after or the car will just starait shut off. Im thinking its a ground wire but im not quite sure where its located for the a/c components. All the ground wires under the hood appear to be tight. Any help on the matter is greatly appriciatedappriciated

 

Well without knowing more info..4, 6 - auto, manual...IACV cleaning...of course this "assumes" the normal tune up items are up to date.
