Default Tuning free revving/ 2 step portion of map??

I am just curious as for the portion of the map where there is light load say when you are just free revving or on the 2-step, how important is it to tune or what do you guys run as far as a/f timing goes? Thanks

The a/f and timing should be almost dialed in referencing the v/e timing values from tuning with load.
In other words, if the car is properly tuned, you likely won't have to specifically tune individual cells for free revving conditions.
This is not always the case, but it is on most simple applications.
