can somebody tell me if its bad and whats causing it??

my car has 124xxx miles changed the serpentine belt and new clutch a week ago and new 02 sensor a couple of months back
i change my oil regularly every 3000 miles i used royal purple oil 5-30 on my last oil changed and my car eats oil all the time but i drive hard only when canyon running and a lil bit on the streets but no redline

probably a leaking exhaust valve... Grab a piece of white paper, turn on the car and then go to the exhaust pipe and put the paper near it and see if oil squirts onto the paper and or if the exhaust looks dirty. If it was a leaking intake valve, then the oil would have been burnt.

Vtec burns oil. Are you hitting Vtak every time you drive to the quickie mart for a slushy?
