Default Neptune and non-resistor plugs.........

I am about to order some parts and I would like to order a few sets of plugs as well. I was doing some searching but didnt find anything conclusive. Does Neptune Demon work better with either a resistor or non resistor spark plug? I know electronics are finicky like this but is anyone using non resistor plugs with Neptune Demon for 600+ whp?

Non resistor plugs can cause electrical noise. I don't recommend them when using the Demon. There are very few that are able to get by without any issues.

get resistor plugs, otherwise the electrical noise from the non-resistor plugs may give you trouble when trying to tune your car.

I always use non resistor plugs with eCtune/Neptune. Hondata though def has some issues freezing up the connection between the laptop and the ecu. Not always though.

Use resistor plugs on all systems (Neptune/Demon, S300, Crome)

It's always hit or miss depending on the setup. I just tell people to opt for the resistor plugs.

I've found that having a good grounding system works wonders with non resistor plugs. The only interference I've had on cars I used non resistor plugs was shitty radio reception. The better the grounding system, the less the interference was.

Is there any advantage to using a non-resistor plug is a better question. IMO

Yes the "V" in the V-Power

I forget the technical explanation I read a long time ago...

In my opinion, it is 99% the CARS fault if having "issues" with interference getting back to the ECU.

Dont hate on the plugs!

Its also easier to find a non resistor plug in the colder heat ranges, not to mention alot cheaper too. I dont really wanna run iridiums so a I got a few boxes of the good old BLACK & YELLOW, BLACK & YELLOW on the way :D
