what the hell is this check light? japanese

i have a rhd converted integra. has the b18b motor in it, ive worked out all the kinks in the check engine lights. but i have a weird red one ive never seen on any usdm car. here are some pics

jdm cat warning light, its use, im not sure, either the cat is too hot or not warm enuff

so do i need to bypass that somehow? or just pull the bulb lol. the car doesnt have a cat on it
