F22B1 head fit F22A1 block?

Just like the title,

Will an F22B1 head bolt up on a F22A1 block?

Yes it will fit. However, if you are looking for "The Big VTEC Power" your not going to get it out of a stock SOHC F22B1 VTEC head swap.

if the f22b1 head will fit. will the f22a1 header-intake fit it? or the valve cover?

No. Different bolt patterns on the exhaust and intake manifolds, valve cover is completely different.
