It's a "voltage stabilizer", made by the Japanese company Pivot. It's a bunch of capacitors and such, that is supposed to filter excess noise in the electrical system. It's similar to a earthing/grounding kit, but with the extra "filters". Adding more grounds and cleaning up existing ones, will likely do more than one of these.

 

yeah there have been many dyno tests on youtube just buy a 2nd or 3rd ground works the same gets you no extra hp
