Pull a plug and see what it looks like. My old truck used to do the same thing.
Cruising at a low load while running rich would eventually foul a plug and do exactly what your saying.

so i changed spark plugs and wires and still the same thing. i drove for a 40 min drive and it started to lose power then gain again only when stepping REALLY HEAVY on the gas,but it feels like its holding back, then out of know where it will run fine again, then back to loss of power WTF can it be?
^^^ agree. And make sure your belt on your alt. is tight. I've seen the alt. belt loose and still turn the pulley but not the way it should be charging, if you could understand that. Lost my train of thought on that.

Obviously the alternator is slipping you lose voltage - depending on load needs it could affect performance. Most cars are designed to operate on 13.5 ~ 14.7 volts... So if you go from that to slipping under 11-12v there is a problem.
From your first post, you gave a horrible description, so it makes it hard to help you. This is on top of your horrible grammar and sentence structure.

And another thing I just remembered, it happened to my moms accord. She was losing power every now and then, turned out one of the spark plug wires was faulty. The metal contact inside the wire that clips to the plug broke and would lose contact some times. But it might be something worth checking out.
I would first check to see if the alt. belt is loose. If not, get a multimeter and check the voltage coming from the alt. to the battery. And take a look at your O2 sensor too.
Im not sure if this relates but I had somewhat of a similar problem. There was times where I accelerated and got no response for a second as if losing power then it would work fine. So while the car was running I moved around the wiring that goes from the main harness to the distributor and it would try to turn off.
I bought an electronic cleaner to spray both plugs to the distributor and redid the wiring.
Its been working good ever since.

Mine does the same thing sometimes after 30 minute drive, it will bog at about 3-4,000 rpms then I would have to floor it to drive normal. If it is alternator, is it possibly damaged from getting wet(driving over puddle).
i doubt it could get damaged with a little water while the car is running.
Ok guys hear me out I had the seem problem twice already,I would lose power after I drove a lil and the power would come back off and on,my friend I put money on it your distributor is about to take a ****.When your boggin down it's because your lose fire from one of the cylinders caused from the distributor. Have one of your plug wires popped off yet?
i get paid tody gonna go buy an o2 sensor and take it to my mech to check out my alt. ...also gonna return my sparkplugs n see if they were faulty ones..let u guys know how it goes later
