f22a question
No such thing. There is an F22B DOHC that was sold overseas.
This is a really vague question. What is your reason for doing the swap? What year & model Accord do you have? I'll take a guess that you have a 1990???? A little bit more information about what your goals are would be helpful. Power, vehicle use and budget are key!

I got a 90 accord and I was just gonna swap the head for the vtec, I'm really just lookn for fuel mileage and alil more power, I alwas mix up what on vtec and not
Doing a hybrid head swap is more work than it's worth. Doing a full swap is much more reliable. Another thing is that the DOHC VTEC is probably not the best swap if your looking for economy. Fuel mileage and more power don't come together in a VTEC package. It's ether Economy with the F22B1 SOHC VTEC or Power with the DOHC F20B/H22.
IMO The F22A6 from the 93 EX would be a good engine to rebuild and swap for a good economy to power ratio.
