Site looks very good. The menu up top is not as clear as it can be due to the color and font. It kind of blends into the background.
You need some that knows how to make images that don't pixel and don't look like stickers. Im on it I will email then to you at the same size. Then update them
Also, couple of things:
1. I don't think the breadcrumbs are necessary on a site as shallow as this one, you are just duplicating the navigation that is about 10 pixels away.
2. Maybe add a selected state for the navigation so you know where you are.
3. Italic html text is very difficult to read because it basically just breaks the font and shifts it. I would not use italics in the navigation.
4. You have a lot of different colors going with no real idea how they are working together. Blue links, white text, yellow roll-overs, green roll-overs, red header bars, white header bars, gold/brown header bars. Try to find a design system that works well together...
5. Maybe a different link color that works better with the design.
6. Probably no need to label the navigation "navigation"
7. The left bar distracts from the content since it is not being used as navigation. What is going there? If all it is is links and sponsors, you may think about moving it to the right side of the page.
Just some of my feedback.....

Flux,
thanx for the detailed feedback. As you can imagine, there are still lots of little things to square away. Trey knows from working with me before, I throw a number of different color combo's out there while I'm working on a site to spark conversation-imagination-then-decision...
Alex deserves a hand for the great graphics work (the cars on the left were just a quick add-in. We'll up the quality shortly).
Anyway - I think we are headed in the right direction. The site will become deeper as I finalize some of the very decisions that some of you have brought up & we have already been discussing!
itrca.com.....thanks for taking it over Trey!

Something that nags at me:
After seeing the ITRCA headline banner across the top, and the graphic arrangement with the cars, I kind of feel let down when I see the main content body on white background and merely just arranged with simple HTML. I would keep the top and bottom frame (logo, copyright text) and re-vamp the side bar (if needed) and main content portion to look more inline with the top frame. Possibly a variant of grey as the background, and some catchy graphics, like the ITRCA banner.
B-Series.net banner could be a little bit more attractive.
The two ITR's on the left-hand side can be removed.
