Start with 20A fuses 7, 10 and 11.

my guess would be wiring issue.
try checking the harnesses from each of them and the main harness itself and see if it's getting any power

When the key is in ON(II), do both top test tabs of those three installed fuses have battery voltage to body ground?

If the relay were bad, all four windows would not work.

Where did you test for voltage? At door switches or motors?

i did it the way where you would unplug that certain plug on the door and connect it to the battery with a ground and power wire, the 2 plugs prung whatver its called. i did that and it didnt work so i assume it was the motor. it was just the driver side i tested to.

i also found out that i can roll down the rear passenger window with the driver control but when i press it on the rear passenger window it doesnt work. and as you know the other three doesnt work rather i use the driver control or not, or if i press it at there own button.

so im pretty lost

I had a problem with my driver side window on my 98 Civic LX and it ended up needing a new regulator because the old one was shredded.

work your way down from the fuse box then check for power and ground at the switches if thats good the check the plug that goes to the from the door to the regulator if thats good then check regulator
