Default obd0 to obd1 conversion 1992 integra

ok i took my b18a1 out of my totaled 91 integra to put into my 1992 integra rolling chassis . i have rebiult the engine and have added a complete brain crower valve train with brian crower stage 2 cams installed .. the engine was built correctly and valve springs installed correctly and machine for no coil bind ... i can build engines but im stumpped on the conversion part , so this is where you guys come in for advice please !!! i have so far the obd1 distributor from my old b16a car , a 1992 chipped and socketed manual trans ecu which is obd1 , i have different injectors but could i use my b16a injectors ? also i had a couple of wiring harneses in the garage and matched one up to it . had it all hooked up and the car started and idled but at a rough idle . well now behind the obx intake i would say it is the idle air control unit which most of it is bypassed on the count of it being a aftermarket intake is now making a loud noise . i unplug the iacu and no loud noise . i would think that this my be one reason for it not to start or the rought idle as well .. i need to know exactly what else is needed to get this car going. im also thinking what kind of injectors are needed and if the 1992 integra ran a resistor box .. im getting gas new walbro was installed and checked the flow and it is pushing it out ... i also had a friend program a chip for me which was installed in the ecu ... help help help . i know this car will run its *** of once going . just need some expert advice ... thanks guys for any help you may have ...
