Are you serious?
Usually when someone mentions something that I've never heard of I instantly go to Google and search.

and no, NRG coilovers SUCK. Prepare for a very bouncy and shitty ride.

Koni/GC FTW, if you can't pull that price tag go w/progress csII or something of the sort.
Actually ALL coilovers have an equal chance to ride like ****.
Skunk2 is meh, not great, but a better choice then some. I have them, I know.
Godspeed, is ****.
Depends on the shock, spring rate and ride height.
Well that's wut I really don't like the bouncy stuff..
I didn't wanted to get coilovers in the first for that same reason
Frined of mine recomended just springs..
So koni's!?

Are these your springs?

FYI you aren't going to want to drop w/o increasing spring rates and your suspension will feel better and perform better with a quality coilover system anyways. Just spring for Koni/GC or Progress if Koni/GC is too pricey.

but i thought they were shitty!?
at the moment i got tein s-techs and stock shocks..
i wanna upgrade but i want something that its gonna be worth upgrading..
am in the middle when it comes to the price!!
Skunk2's on the other hand are shitty.
Like everyone else said, Koni yellows and GC.
Better than alot of the full bodied coilovers on the market.
Custom Spring rates, you have the ability to stiffen the shocks, and you can get really low with them. Of course if you wanna get really low, your going to need stiffer spring rates to keep from bottoming out.

Very reputable. From word of mouth, Progress is clearly better than any other budget coilover and possibly better than Koni/GC at least for some applications.
I don't have any personal experience but I've never heard anyone say anything bad about them.

I've had my Progress CS-II's on for nearly 7 months and they're amazing. 4 track events now. All of the instructors thought the car was well balanced.

Progress, GC/Koni Buddy Club...
