91 HF B18A No Spark & Code 15
Long story short, it was (is) a DX. Previous owner tried doing his own LS swap with OBD0,1,and 2 parts in it, and tried to wire tuck it with crimps and what not everywhere. Thing was BEAT.
OK, I didn't want to deal with that headache, so I changed out ALL the cars wiring, ALL of it, with the wiring out of my parts HF. It ran with no problems, wiring all stock.
We put every bit into the DX, put in a proper OBD-0 LS ECU, new distributor, etc.
It's getting fuel no problem, and proper pressure. Main fuel relay works as it should. Car cranks and cranks and cranks, but nothing.
We did have a little spark for a second, but it was a very faint yellow and hardly considered a spark.
It did turn over and ran for a few seconds, but really rough, but not any more, and now we're getting a code 15.
Only thing I can think of is the fact that the distributor is from Autozone, and has been sitting for over a year. We tried swapping in an OE Honda ignitor and coil, but still nothing.
Any help with this would be awesome, thanks.
