I just think its a fender flare, nothing made specific for it. I have something similar(kinda, not really) on the rear of my car, just not as pronounced and mine were molded onto the car, sorry for the bondo pic but its easiest to see it there...hahaha, previous owner had a bird bath thrown into it, jesus. GL!
