^ yeah, dont we all wish that was true. xD ^ anyways, what the label really means is: this product is for racing use only. any other usage (like on public roadways) is strictly prohibited. - Spoon Ltd.

More the likely since it has the seal around where you open up the ecu. It probably saying something about a warranty seal?? Im asian but not japanese
