Default b18b swap -shifter lever arm problems

hey everyone i got a 89 crx si with a b18b swap and b16 cable tranny that im working on.so far i have everything bolted down and everything plugged in.

i tried to give it a start but thing just turns over and over but wont start.so i called a couple buddies to give my crx a push so i can push start it.I shift in to 2nd with my foot on the clutch and gave them the wave to start pushing but car wont budge even when clutch pedle is pushed in all the way.the only time the car moves is when its in neutral.i even tried to start it with my foot on the clutch pedle and shifted in to 1st gear and when i did that the the car moved forward like you'd start a car without pushing on the pedle while in gear....

i notice that the shifter lever arm on the tranny wasnt fully extending a!!!anyone know what this could be?i hope i gave a clear view of whats going on....i need all the help and info i can get fellaz....

Is it possible that because I used a hydro clutch instead of a cable clutch, could be the problem?

All B-series Pressure Plates will be the same no matter if its CABLE or Hydro.

ThrowOut Bearings will be different between a CABLE tranny and a HYDRO tranny.
