heres a pic of the street version for now just imagine the almost same design but with a wastegate flange for a tial 46mm ill tr having pics up tomorrow sometime-pdang
You denote this one as being a 'street version' what exactly does that imply? That it clears a/c, or just has a different wastegate flange.

Does kiwi have a website? I would like to see if they have a b series manifold.. That is nice..
Kiwi doesn't make anything anymore.

Peter (Bambooluv) said he can still get the Kiwi manifolds, but not for that price. He paid 1,300.00 I believe for his. Man I wish he would have gone B series so I could buy everything off of him everytime he changes his mind!
i heard they are still 1300 but basicly they make them as the order comes in. probably not worth it. looks kick *** though. yet so does the stainless rev hard.
hehe yeah i actually paid more along the lines of what viren posted but yes i can still get the manifolds for the h22a like posted here that WILL clear ac and will clear for both the 92-96 and 97 up preludes in fac the picture of this unit is from the website of 98lude from his website . This manifold is available with the down pipe that has the wastegate flange on it , its a really nice peace of work the only reason no one can really get them is that the producer dosent do this for a living anymore only for DR charles of area 51 fabrications When i was there on my vacation to the orients i stoped in by the shop and talked more bout the manifold and yes he said he can still get them so for you b series and h fans there still out there . oh and by the way its the same manifold that Gary Gardella had on his car before switching to alcohol no it was not a dc unit .-Pdang

ive never seen a setup like that before it looks like its an internal wastegated turbo with an extention ran to an external. how does that work?
it is just a 5 bolt turbo with the wastegate welded to the hole on the turbine housing before the turbo. it usually doesnt work as well because the wastegate doesnt get enough flow and it will boost spike. basically using an external wastegate as if it were an internal.

thats what i thought it was. thanks geoff, it just didnt seem like a good idea to me, why not just use a wastegate adapter plate between the turbo and the manifold, seems like it would work better. it sure looks purdy though....
well the reason they did that is beacuse its way cheaper than just making a 5 bolt flange to deltagate adaptor. Also the prelude engine bay is so tight while running a full length radiator, it doesnt allow for any good wastegate placement, so runnign it under the turbo is a good idea as far as fitment goes. Installation is a pain and flow sucks but it looks clean and you can keep all accessories.
as far as gary running the manifold, it cracked numerous times on him, the collector was open and unwelded, and it was made from thinwall large radius bend tube which had a problem at #2 and #3 where they met the collector, the exhaust gasses had to maek a very abrupt turn, helping cracks come back every time the manifold was repaired.
