hey guys i have a 94 vtec i just recently did alot(rebuilt head timing bet etc) to the car and it was running fine. i also just recently changed the header (cause my stock ones leaked and a bolt broke off) and i now hear a tapping sound form the front of the car its a tap every now and then anywhere from 3 to 10 seconds apart it happen when the car is on and as i type i hear it and the car is off. i think its coming from the header cause when i put a srewdriver against it and it taps i feel the vibration what could cause this or do you guys have any experience with this

 

iam thinking if it does it also with the car off.....i would say its your header metal expands when it gets hot and goes back to normal when in the cool down process. just a off the wall idea not sure let me no what it is when you find it out!!

 

the sound went away im sure it was just my header breaking in fweew
