im having a problem with my crx, when the a/c is off it runs fine but as soon as i turn on the a/c and the compressor kicks in at idle the rpms drop to the point it turns off the car then it takes a while for it to turn on again and i have replaced the main relay any thoughts?

 

Check your idle setting - it may be too low. Your system didn't recently get charged did it?

 

your idle is supposed to jump up when the a/c is on to avoid stalling. id look into the switch that makes the idle rise.

 

Is your compressor siezed? Does your A/C actually work?
