Default gear ratio masters i need help

Im putting my trans together as we speak and im trying to contiplate what gears i want. I plan on going through the traps at around 140 and plan to rev about 9500 or so. I was going to go with my old standby (my LS trans) but im wondering if there is any out there. Ive tried to calculate things with my 24.5 inch slicks and im cooming up with crazy speed numbers. Im thinking maybe taking the 3rd, 4th and 5th with the final drive from a GSR and throwing it in but the #s are still to high. Im getting over 150 mph from 4th. Any help or ideas that you guys can give me is appreciated. I dont usually screw with transmissions so i have no idea what swaps and what dont. i do have a early b16a1 cable to snag parts from if need be.

I have already calculated the #s i jsut need some info on what gears are swappable into the LS trans and what might be a recommendation. I have never tried to alter the gear ratios in the trans. When i do Quaiffe installs i dont pull the shafts apart at all. im interested in what parts need to be changed. Im assuming its jsut the desired gear on the counter shaft and its same gear on the main shaft. Im not sure what gears cannot be removed from the shaft. BAsically im looking for the cheapest way to get GSR ratios out of a LS. I have a Quaiffe already for the LS so im assuming i have to use a 4.40 final out of the SI insted of the GSR to make this work. An i correct or am i way off.
