I have a 98 civic lx 1.6 (non-vtech)with 144k. The car has bad gas mileage and hesitates. Everything has been replaced, including plugs, wires, timing belt, water pump. Whoever had the car before did some strange wiring for God knows what reason. The o2 sensor is wired directly to the computer and just messed up. Would this cause the hesitation, stalling and bad gas mileage?
