All the lights on my 96 civic coupe come on except for the inner portion of tail light. Brake light, reverse light and lisence plate light. All the other lights throughout car work fine. I changed the bulbs but it still doesn't work. I used the rear right with left and the bulb works.
Not sure whats wrong. Please help!

 

So only the right inner taillight does not work? Or both inners?

The receptacle for that double-filament bulb has a taillight power wire, a brake light power wire, and a shared ground wire. If the brake light filament part of the bulb works, then the shared ground wire must be good. This would point to a bad taillight power terminal in the receptacle or a bad taillight power wire. Do some voltage tests on the bulb receptacle and wire.

 

am getting a simaliar problem, cluster and parking lights shut off on me one day. i checked fuse 19 and its not blown.? i put a new 10amp in and still nothing. idk where to begin =/
