My car 91 accord, had a wondering idle, so i took off the idle air control valve cleaned it with brake cleaner, and sprayed brake cleaner in the trottle body, triple checked everything is connected, and car wont turn over, it gets a spark, but wont start. Ive taken the idle air control valve and reconnected it several times, still wont turn over. Any ideas what to check?
