Im looking to get into the bseries game. this guy i know has a b18b1 for sale for 4200. is that a good deal?

also what honda parts can i intermingle to acheive higher horse power. iver been told that i can put gsr pistions in the b18b1 and push 190hp??

any help would be great ive allways delt with d series and im sick of no power.
