Default changing odometer

i just bought a prelude(BB6) gauge cluster and i am wondering how to change the odometer so it is updated with my current mileage on my 1997 4dr LX manual CD5.

i know this information can be publicized, but if you can PM me on how to do it, thanks!

It's usually illegal to tamper with the odometer is any circumstances.

I think it should be ok as long as you're going forward not backwards? But as suggested, don't tamper with it. Just try to find one that's close in mileage.
