CTR shift boot installed picked up from N1 Concepts.

 

Progress CSII Coilovers.Took us all day to install because of the top hats even though we can usually get it done in an hr. This suspension didnt come with the top hats so we had to remove it from the old shocks. I advise to get new top hats instead of fighting with the old ones all day.

 

Suspension installed. Great set up for the money. Pretty bouncy but i like it. Has hella oversteer.

I plan on getting the CTR front bumper and lip from N1.

 

Top hat's? The black things that bolt on the top of the strut?? That's the easiest part and why on earth would you want to take the sunroof back off? Yes it shouldn't have been put back on due too they put more reinforcment on the ones that due and putting one on a car that wasn't supposed to have one is killing the actual structer. But adding the metal and all the welds will just add more weight

 

^^The top hats arent easy when you have to compress the springs and then bust them loose with an allen wrench when they are rusted. the roof leaks doesnt look right and i will have to tape it up when autox.

 

You guys call yourselves a garage and don't have air tools? A impact gun would've had those top hats off in 30 seconds...

Great progress so far And I think I've parked next to that black coupe one time at a SYTFU meet, I could be wrong tho.

 

Headlight harness tuck completed and painted the valve cover. i know its just a single cam but it looks better than it did.

Had to roll the fenders because the 215 tires were too wide i need a set of 205.
