Workflow for Seam Sealer - before or after glass install?
My CRX looks like this right now:

I've swapped on a new roof pan for a glasstop install.
Here are the steps I've taken this far:
-Wire wheel stripped to bare metal all mating surfaces
- bonded the roof pan onto the roof frame
-wire wheel stripped to bare metal the entire windshield frame and glasstop frame
-applied epoxy primer to everything that had been worked
-applied a primer to all the epoxy primer surfaces
-applied a base coat to the frames
-applied a clear coat to the body panel part of the roof
Next I need to both install the glass and seam seal the rain gutters.
What goes first?
and what is the reason for doing one of them first?

after you drop the skin on the metal bond, then wait for it to set up. after the bond is cured you can use an abrasive wheel to clean up the bond that pushed out. prep with a red scotch brite apply self etch primer on bare metal area's wait for the etch to flash then lay down your seam seal beed.
