Default 98 Prelude Factory Alarm Location?

I have a 98 Prelude with a Factory Alarm PN 08E51-SV4-102F connected to the car. I want to disable it because I have a Viper 5901 now but every time I unlock or do anything else with the Viper the Factory Alarm kicks in thinking the cars being broken into. Also if anyone has a wiring diagram for it it would really help.

this is for a crv, but might help. You should be able to press unlock with the stock key-pad which is disarm and that should do it, unless your lock/unlock button on the door re-arms it, then you will need to put in valet. If you just unplug it or cut it out you may end up interrupting your starter wire.

Putting it in valet mode is a good idea I'm gonna try that. Thanks.

Can I get a picture of your remote? I never seen a 98 lude with a factory alarm. It might be a piggy back alarm tied into your keyless entry. It arms with the signal it gets from the car locking and disarms from the unlock signal. There should be a brain that says karr on it in the driver kick pannel.
