After driving the car for few minutes, I parked in the drive way and before I pulled the key I noticed that the RPM starts to bounce up and down (700-1500 rpm). After doing that for several times I shut off the engine then re-start again after few seconds and it stop hesitating...
Anyone had this issue? If so, please let me know how this issue has been resolved. Also, note that CEL is off...

In addition, the next day I drove the car same thing happened. I really don't know what's going on with the car..

You have a vacuum leak.

 

2000 accord 3.0 My idle is really rough and low. about 4-500 rpms. And when ac is turned on it surges back and forth from 500-1000. I could really use some help guys.

 

@chikin pickle, thanks for the quick response.. after wiggling few hoses, I found it right away due to its loose connections. It's the one connected to the throttle body, I snipped 1/4" tip of the hose and hook it back-in. I drove a short lap then parked the car and symptom seems to go away. It also fix the rough idle (it'll go a lil over 1000 then flactuate around 300-500 rpm) each time I'm restarting the engine when it's already warmed up. However, I will still need to purchase a foot long rubber hose to replace the old one.

Andrew, I'm not expert but it seems that our issues are related. Try looking at the vacuum hoses as well and you might find something unusual...
