Default problems with 91 accord

ok it was running fine a couple days ago, the check engine light was on, i changed the main relay with a new one and the check engine light is off and it never comes on, then i cranked it up, it ran for a few mins like it wasnt gettin gas and it cut off, started then cut off, then it just turn over and not start at all, so i changed the fuelpump cause it wasnt gettin any fuel. now after i did that it wont do a thing, all the fuses are good under dash and under hood, the fuelpump works when i use a jumper at the plug where the main relay goes, the check engine light never comes on, the ignition switch works, and im not gettin power to the solenoid and the main relay does not click. im bout tired of working on it but i wanna get it goin cause i put in a new clutch, fuel pump, and main relay, im thinkin bout changin the starter relay but i wanna get some advice first.

Check that relay again and secure all of your ground wires.

Never Mind - I didn't read deep enough into your post and it seems like an electrical issue - forry for the filter info.

I had similar issue with my 92 Accord, but replaced my fuel "filter" and it seems to have solved the issue - Cheap fix - Roughly $20 for the filter. Also, when you replaced the fuel pump, there is a "screen" on the pump that can get clogged very easily - That also needs to be replaced and runs lik $15 or so. Hope that helps.

screan is good, my main thing is to get it so itll at least turn over, i got no fire at the clutch switch and i got fire at 1 plug on the pigtail to the starter relay but it aint strong, and i got power at the oppisite corner of the pigtail when the switch is turned on and its strong, test light is bright, and the other 2 dont have power at all, im thinking one is a ground wire, but when i plug the relay in i dont have power at any of the wires goin to the starter relay. im thinkin my starter relay is bad, what do yall think? and im thinkin bout gettin another main relay, maybe the new 1 i got was dropped.
