Default Rear LCA bushing.

I have been reading that you have to press the Rear Lower Control Arm bushing in/out. Is there anyone in here that did it himself without a press?

You will need a bench press to do that. Energy Suspension has that bushing if you need it. If not, just get yourself an aftermarket LCA and call it a day. I'm assuming there is a broken/rusted bolt where the rear shocks bolt up to?

Yes, good 4 or 5 inch bench vise and some huge washers and/or spacers and a large socket will work fine. I've done lots of them without a press.

actually the strut bushing is very bad, the bolts are fine. The only option i had is to take it to Honda dealer to do it since I bought the bushing from them cause noone else will install costumer parts. Is there a press that you can rent from advanceautoparts that I can use without removing the control arm?

easy task.
Take a hack saw and cut 2 slits through the bushing and the metal ring. Keep cutting until you get to the lca material.
Once your 2 slits are done, put a socket on top of the bushing and hammer it out.
