Default Failure in my 96 civic w/ swap b18c5

hello people:
i have a huge problem with my car, is a 96 civic with a b18c5. He runs but some cases, well most of the time when the car is running on any gear it make this "pull" thing i dont know how to said it jeje.It like in someway the fuel is not responding in such a short elapse of time, I said fuel because is the only thing i got in mind that why PLEASE I NEED SOME HELP!!!!!!

What ECU are you using with the swap? Is the check engine light on?

I have a P28 w/ unknow program, and the light is off what u think.

Could have something to do with the unknown program. My suggestion would be that you have someone tune it/look at the ECU. You should at least make sure you have a good basemap on it so you can get to a tuner.

Who did the engine swap and do you know if the car has ever been tuned on a dyno?

Well man i bought tgat car like that from florida and i dont know who did the swap and if he was tune in the dyno . Thanks for u help!!!

Honestly! I would see if you can find an OBD2 P73 and run that. You will need to run the wires for knock and the IABs, that's not that hard to do. If your B18C5 is stock you won't need a chipped P28. If you can't find a stock ECU or you don't want knock or IAB then make sure your P28 is chipped and have it tuned.
