Default DPFI OBD0->OBD1 MPFI VTEC conversion. No spark, extra ground wires on jumper. HALPPPP

OK so I've searched for hours, and I just can't figure out what's going on. I matched all the wires to the same color wires on the obd0 plug, white to white, thick white to yel/grn. I'm getting power through the blk/yel wire and still no spark.

ECU WORKS (tested in another car)
DIZZY WORKS (tested in another car)

No spark. Fuel works, No spark.

I've heard there's a ground for the distributor that has to be hooked up when using an obd1 jumper harness? A logic ground or something like that?

On the conversion harness there is 4 extra ground wires. 2 logic and 2 power grounds that aren't hooked up. I have no idea what these are supposed to go to.

ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED THANK YOU!!!

on my conversion harness it had a seperate ground wire along with signal wire for each extra sensor for: vtec, iabs, 4 wire o2 sensor. is your thermostat ground hooked up? vc ground and trans ground hooked up? you're positive all the wires are hooked up correctly? time to bust out the dmm and a helms.

also, you are using an obd1/2 dizzy right? you cant use an obd-0 dizzy on an obd1 car, the signals are different
