Post Gsr block , questions on internals!

Hey ht I have a build in process , I have a gsr block at the machine shop that I just purchased

The story behind the block is the piston in cyclinder 4 chipped off , when I got the block I took the crankshaft , pistons out and the oil squiters in cyclinders 1,4 were broke off into the oil pan... Took the flywheel to get resurfaced , crankshaft to get polished , and block to get looked over and cleaned

The results of the block were that cyclinder 4 is fine but 2,3 are warped. I thought 1,4 would have the damage but ohwell, also the block needs to be decked.

So my plans are to bore out to 82.00 , with rsmachine itr pistons so heres where my questions come in

.Should I take the old pistons off the rods, and put the itr pistons on the gsr rods?
.Or should I just get forged rods? (ive searched but havent found much info on forged pistons on cast rods )
.since im going to do a bore do I still need the oil squirters?

The plan for this build is a Allmotor gsr with power hopes of 200+, BUT This is my first build , im trying to do it right tho so its not timed, I just need this help so I could move forward
