Default Transmission code 16

After replacing my timing belt on my 94 accord I got out my timing light to fine tune it. After running the jumper wire on the diagnostic wires my check engine light flashed a code 41 which is a oxygen sensor, but the D4 light kept flashing a code 16. What does that mean ? I remember about a year and a half ago twice in the same trip when I would take off from a stop I had to feather the gas pedal as the car seemed like it wanted to stall. The D4 light begain blinking then but after I shut the car off next time I started it and its ran fine and has ever since and there has been no blinking light. That was 30000 miles ago and never had the problem again. I would like to know what code 16 on the D4 light means though. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

OK I did some checking and it says transmission code 16 refers to the linear solenoid or solenoid curcuit fault. Can someone shine some light on how I could check these ?

Reset and see if it comes back. If so check the wire connectors to the solenoids, remove and clean.
