I recently bought a 97 accord for 300 dollars. Fixed the transmission problem it has and now I have a odd ball issue. The locks in the car activate when you turn the lights on. And then unlock when you turn them off. Does anyone know what might be causeing this. Or is it a normal saftey feature of some sort.

Hey am sorry to say that i dont have much idea on this.may be some one else can tell you.

 

I own a 1997 accord V6 and this is definately not how mine operates. You may want to check the wiring and see if anything shorted or been messed with.
