Hello!

I am looking to go QUIET with my turbo'd accord sedan.
My exhaust is currently 3" straight back, then splits in a Y-Pipe (dual 3")
I had some N1 style mufflers at the end, at it was too freakin' loud.

Does anyone know of a generic brand besides Magnaflow that sells LARGE canisters to mute the sound really nicely?? All my friend who have the Greddy/Magnaflow canisters seem to have really quiet set-ups...

Burns stainless. Its not just the muffler you need to sweat, but you need to think about resonators and smaller mufflers to deaden sound. The best exhaust is the one you make yourself (or have made).

 

I've had a few exhaust shops tell me the smaller the canister, the louder the sound, because there's no diffusion before it exits the pipe.

I already have big resonator.
