Default AEM EMS and Coolant temps?

Searched for a while and couldn't find the info I was looking for.. I know I've seen it before.
GSR-T swapped into 95 coupe AEM 10-6040
I'm reading high coolant temps on my serial gauge, which is displaying the EMS readings. The stock dash gauge reads normal and doesn't fluctuate.
I've read previously that AEM takes their CLT values from the factory manual and extrapolates them but that they aren't correct.
Highway driving show me avg about 219* and I've seen as high as 226* while cruising at 65mph. As I said earlier, the stock dash gauge reads normal temps.
Without going out and buying another gauge to read what the temps actually are and re-calibrating the AEM to match, can someone tell me what the normal operating range is?
Better yet has anyone here have the values I'm looking for?
Summer is here and temps in AZ run 107+ so I'm looking to clear this up ASAP!
